This classic beauty was a true joy to construct on our homeowners' expansive subdivided property. Nestled amidst farmland, the surrounding views offered a perfect blend of beauty and privacy. In addition to the main residence, we were delighted to build a coach house in the backyard, providing extra space and convenience for the family.

The layout we designed in collaboration with our homeowners was tailored specifically to meet the needs of their older children, with spacious rooms located upstairs. A stunning bridge spanning the two-storey living room added a unique architectural touch that enhanced the home's character.

On the main floor, the master suite was thoughtfully placed for convenience, featuring access to a large deck that seamlessly incorporates the hot tub. This inviting space flows off the main living room, creating a harmonious blend of indoor and outdoor living. Together, these design elements made this home the perfect family oasis, ideal for both relaxation and togetherness.
