They worked with us and our preferences both budget-wise and style-wise. Their collection of sub-trades and industry contacts met the high-quality standards of Block Construction and Design. We were extremely happy with how the house came together, and it definitely exceeded our expectations. Their attention to detail including features from the old house contributed to a personalized, beautiful home. The features and quality of the house construction have been commented on by people during and post-construction. Not having done this before, we can’t think of something they could have done better. We would recommend them, although we don’t plan on moving or building another house, we plan on using them for future smaller projects too. We felt they wanted to give our family the best home they could. Even our young kids felt included and part of the process.
