Our experience working with Block Construction and Design was excellent from the beginning of the process right to moving into our new home. Ryan and Angela were easy to communicate with. They were patient with us and our questions were answered quickly and clearly. Decision making went smoothly as we felt we were given reliable information and reasonable options all along the way. We felt like they valued our opinions and ideas. Ryan was knowledgeable and approachable regarding the build. We were happy with the professionalism of the trades that were contracted to do the work as well. We absolutely love our house! It felt like our home before we even moved in. The final product was beyond what we originally imagined. The construction process stayed on schedule, the budget was realistic, and the final design looks great. Angela was easy to work with regarding colours, styles and products in the finishing of the house. It is definitely a positive to have both construction and design working together as Ryan and Angela make a great team!
